In the Beginning.
Gary Aubuchon began his career in real estate in Lehigh Acres, FL in 1984. In the early 1990's, Gary and his brother Darryl officially created Aubuchon Homes with the strategy that Gary would sell and Darryl would build.  Gary's keen business sense led him to diversify and create a real estate division, Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group to help his clients with their real estate goals.  The third division, Evalutions by Aubuchon, was created in response to our customer's interior design needs.

The Sterling Collection is born.
The diversification continued.  In 2003, The Sterling Collection, the fourth division of Team Aubuchon, was established in response to customer feedback for an affordable luxury product offering in Southwest Florida. This semi-custom homebuilding division offers a streamlined construction process saving customers time and money.  The award winning floor plan designs include 2-story plans and unique architecture elements desired by today’s homebuyer.
